For those either in the US and eligible to vote or those outside the US with an interest in the elections next week:
Ask.com has just rolled out a series (for all 50 states and DC) direct links to key election resources for the elections. From bios, to polling places, key ssues, and much more.
You can find national links here: http://www.ask.com/web?q=elections+2006&qsrc=0&o=333&l=dir
There, you can use a pull down to find the same type of info for all 50 states and DC.
You can also go directly to a state page by searching "elections (state name)".. Example: Elections California http://www.ask.com/web?o=333&qsrc=19&l=dir&q=elections+california

Oh, I just finished a project on the 06 Elections. A bit late, but useful nonetheless.
I feel Ask has become way too US-Centered. For Ex : The Columbus Day Logo etc. |
Sohil: I will pass your comments on to the international team. in the mean time, more non-US SA's are coming quickly. See: http://blog.ask.com/2006/10/update_rss_smar.html
