Yes you can. You can migrate your accounts here:

http://www.blogger.com/migrate-login.g

Simply login with your (old) Blogger details and then it will ask for the Google Account you want to migrate to. (Whether you can then migrate your standard Blogger blogs or not depends on their exact settings.)

Just a note, not all user can immigrate to the new Blogger beta.

Sohil, Google won't be able to migrate their official blogs until you can migrate "Team Blogs". Of course, they could probably hack it, and I'm surprised they didn't move all of them as soon as Blogger Beta was released – that would have been the best way to find bugs with their own software and migration process, surely!
