Google have a new logo today for Earth Day 2005:

Once again, it doesn't appear to be linking to anything from neither Google nor Google UK (unless they're just being slow at adding the link as they were with one a while back)...

And how come sometimes they show a mini logo (upper left) in place of the standard one in search results but sometimes (like now) dont?

This doesn't quite make it into my Google logo top 5... like the Da Vinci, DNA or Escher ones.

Dont forget the fractal one. that was the coolest logo ever imo

The logo is linked now, so they probably just forgot.
