All I am getting into SERPS are funny spammers using google.com/pda?

I can see URLs like ...

   www.google.co.uk/
   pda?q=cheap+v1agra+site%3Aphentêrmine.ltxt.com

... popping up. Google UK excludes those via robots.txt, though, but they are still titled nicely.
