I've forgotten some of the differences... and now my eyes are back to normal. |
Don't forget the Gvideo one which is just really poorly rendered. |
What about the Google News UK logo then?

It looks like something someone knocked up in Microsoft Paint! |
This one is bad for other reasons – too little space between "Deutschland" and the "g":

I mentioned this issue a very long time back, about the inconsistencies. I suggested that google should have a folder of some sort that has the google logo to pull from. Therefore all pages would be consistent at all times. even if the PR committee drastically changes the logo all the pages will change dynamically at the very instant. To me that would seem more efficient and cleaner approach than having all the google services producing their own logo. If they want to add 'news', 'video', or whatever. they could have a script/css format that includes those words underneath the logo which customizes it on the fly.
another thought i had is have a Google Logo Generator. it pretty self explanatory. It would create a logo of a specific size and all the other customizable properties possible. Google makes button generators and what not for us the people to use, they should make a similar feature for themselves.
now i am not aware of how companies build websites and what is the best way to design them so i could completely wrong on my suggestions. it was based purely on my knowledge, which does lack at times :p |
Let's not forget this absurdly long name :)

Just make it Docs already, Google. Also, if you create a new spreadsheet, it takes you from the docs subdomain to the spreadsheets subdomain, and the logo changes to this:
