I am really digging Opera this days. No toolbar from Google for Opera? That Opera GM widget doesn't seem so accurate, IE it says '3' indicating # of emails..yet there are none. |
Brinke, why do you need a toolbar?
- search built-in. you can add other Google services easily. - you have anti-phishing in Opera 9.1, so no need for Safe Browsing - no need for pop-up blocker - you have autofill - you can add a spell checker - PageRank (you can find here a button: http://operawiki.info/CustomButtons)
You don't have features regarding feeds, custom buttons, Google Suggest, bookmarks.

Well, cause I'm used to it! Opera has auto-fill? Hmm, need to find it. |
Opera's autofill is the best autofill I have seen in a browser. It is great – one click and it fills it in AND signs you in. |
Oh, I forgot: just press Ctrl-Enter or click on the Wand button to fill in the forms. |
I use google bookmarks at work on ie and would like to be able to access them on opera at home. Does this exist? |
Just go to http://www.google.com/bookmarks I know it works on Opera because I got the DS browser which is Opera 8.5, no Auto-fill on the DS though :-( |
Add this gadget to your Google homepage: http://www.google.com/ig/add?moduleurl=bookmarks.xml&hl=en |
I know that you can access it, but I was wondering if there was a way to integrate it onto the Opera browser. Like Ionut said, everything from the google toolbar can be integrated, the autofill, spellchecker, and bookmark buttons. I still wanted to be include synced google bookmarks on my opera toolbar. Any ideas? |
Sorry another thing, can you customize the icons on the bookmarks? I know that on google toolbar you can change the icons. Thanks for the help. |
