I would be interested to know if your experience is the same as mine.
If you just LOOK AT the word processor components of ThinkFree and Zoho (I can't speak for the other components) it's hard not to be impressed by what they offer, and not to be rather disappointed by their Google counterpart, Google Docs. But if you try to USE these applications you very quickly realise that Google Docs, for all its imperfections, actually works whereas the other two seem regularly to freeze, fail to load, etc. In short you just can't rely on them.
Do you agree?

I only raise the subject is because both Zoho and Think Free seem to be getting a lot of praise in official circles. I repeat, they are both lovely to LOOK AT. It's just thay my experience of USING them has not been very happy.
