Not sure if this is the place to post this, but I can't seem to find a solution to this problem anywhere online...
I tried to create a web album with pictures and video from a recent vacation. All of the pictures and two of the videos uploaded just fine, but the other four videos uploaded and then gave the error "unable to upload video" and do not appear in the album.
All of the videos are mov format and similar size (approx 3-7meg). They all play just fine inside of the picasa software.
Also, one of the videos that worked was 7meg whereas one that did not was 5meg, so the size of the video does not seem to be the issue.
I have the latest version of picasaweb and a 250meg free account with plenty of space.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Did the videos that created the errors stood out in any way? - were they the last you uploaded? - were they shot with the same camera? - did they have file names that were already in existance on your web album? - did they have any spaces or other "special" characters in the file name? - did they have another extension? |
