Both technorati and digg can be easy money spamed. Give the rights to the hand of the Users. So risky. Like a joke.

If you examine the model, WTF is really far more like Urban Dictionary than Digg (and UD predates Digg by 5 years). WTF lets people explain popular search terms just as UD lets people define popular lingo. People can then vote for their favorite explanations. This model is in stark contrast to threaded comment models, where what you have is basically a conversational thread. |
