SEO gradually replacing "search engine optimization" as the term of choice

of course SEO means many things and is a multi lingual term, while "search engine optimization" is quite specific.

So this search was basically limited to the US and English to show the trends of the two terms.

Assuming the non tech meanings have not increased of decreased significantly, this shows how the easy to write: SEO is gaining more popularity as a term than the cumbersome and often misspelled "SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION"
