i am trying to forward my emails to my mobile phone companies inbox (download is free abroad), so i can access it during the weekend. but as i do not care about all the mailing lists etc that i have filtered to bypass my inbox, does anybody have an idea how forward just those mails, that arrive only in my inbox?

Easy. Create a filter. Enter
label:inbox
in "Has the words"
