Why do people often say "unique visitors" and not "unique visits"? After all, "nine million unique visitors a month" indicates there's 9 million different people, but thanks to dynamic IPs a visitor stopping by the site everyday would equal 30 "unique visitors", so that gives a false impression.
Now as far as technology goes, I think Google doesn't need Technorati, but they might be interested in the community, just like they were interested in YouTube for the community & content more than for the technology... |
