what are the best strategies for finding ebooks on google?

i am using

a) either a custom search engine
(http://digg.com/gadgets/Best_way_to_find_free_eBook_downloads_using_Google_Custom_Search)

or
b) just the google advanced search operators
(ghacks.net/?p=17)

but the results are not so good, especially if you are looking for non-tech books. Can you suggest any other ideas?

while looking for some ebooks too, I discovered a strange behviour on Google.

The title I am looking for is: "Theory of Mind and Language in Developmental Contexts"

I can find it on google when I query for "Theory of Mind" (http://www.google.com/search?num=50&hl=en&safe=off&q=%22Theory+of+Mind%22+site%3Agigapedia.org), but not when querying for "Theory of Mind and Language" (http://www.google.com/search?num=50&hl=en&safe=off&q=%22Theory+of+Mind+and+Language%22+site%3Agigapedia.org)

Can someone explain why Google can't find the more precise and obviously matching query? Looks really strange to me....
