So, it turns out Google.cn was briefly showing a "Blog" search tab on their homepage (at least to some users, I guess). It pointed to the English blog search, and is gone now – seems more like an error, but yeah, maybe China adds a blog search soon? This URL already exists, albeit it shows an "unable to find" warning:
