Stefan says multiple PageRank 10 sites have dropped to PR9 recently. Did anyone else notice PR10 changes?

PageRank is dynamic... Maybe they are adding more information to the PR calc and now those pages aren't so important?

That seems to make sense. After all, to the vast majority of users, Yahoo is much more important than Apache, Cisco, IBM, or StatCounter.

It seems to me that sites that artificially push their PR like Statcounter and Apache have lost.
Statcounter includes a link in the counter code. Sites with default server pages link to Apache.
