You know in gmail there are the quick links in the top left corner to various google services of the one you signed up for. But when I created a new gmail account I got the same links in the top left corner but in a different order, which are calendar, documents, photos, reader, and groups.

Does google now automatically include the links in gmail to their services in an effort to push them in all new gmail accounts?

It's almost Google-wide (including Google Search), not only limited to Gmail.

I don't have more than one account, but probably those links are ordered by relevance for the user (if they aren't, they should!)
