Easydentic and Easy Censorship in Google Germany?

Amazing: according to this report by German Blogbande, company Easydentic managed to get negative blog coverage on them kicked out of the Google.de index... just by having the company’s lawyers write a letter to Google saying that the URLs in question are illegal (without giving detailed clarification or evidence, at least not from what we can see at Chilling Effects). In the meantime, after complaints from one of the censored bloggers, the pages are partially back in.

More on how Google usually censors in Germany.
