Stupid AdSense

Scott Smith sent along these ads which he spotted on Envirolet.com:

The ads read, “This is a Test ad - Please update with image ads once they send them. dell.ca”. Ironically, it’s often these kind of weird or buggy ads which attract the most attention. For instance, the ad below managed to stand out enough to make me spot it earlier this year:

And of course, there’s a great variety of these silly, semi-automated eBay ads, all collected at eBads:

 

 

These eBay ads are annoying of course. But otherwise I think using very little text in the ad, or using a stupid ad text, has some chance to prevent AdSense blindness. What are some other such tactics that might work (from the perspective of the one creating the ad)?
