Google vs Booble

The Booble website – an adult search engine using a name and logo similar to Google’s – faces possible legal problems, as Google Inc is accusing them of trademark infringements. It all boils down to whether or not Booble is indeed a parody site, as they claim. [Via Google Weblog.]

Now here’s an idea for an adult search using the Google Web API: query for all sites using the SafeSearch feature. This will get you the “clean” result. Now repeat same search turning the SafeSearch feature off. This will give you the “mixed” set. Now create a new set for all sites in the mixed set wich are not in the clean set; and what you are left with is the “dirty” set.
