AskJeeves Shows Celebrities

Ask.com added a feature to its basic search showing famous people with picture and biographical information (I tried Albert Einstein, Daniel Clowes, and Robert Crumb, and the first two worked). [Via SearchDay.]

Gmail Screenshot, Review

Another Gmail screenshot surfaces, and Mark Pilgrim writes a Gmail review. As the site is completely JavaScript-based, Mark concludes: “The only way to use Gmail is the way that the Gmail designers use Gmail. The only way Gmail could be less accessible is if the entire site were built in Flash.”
