The Illusionizer replaces all images on a web page with the first result found on Google Images for the specific keywords in filename. (This means the image might resemble the theme of the original one it’s replacing, but it might also look very different.)

Petter N. asked if there was a search engine which would only search through pages linked from a specific URL (it would crawl through a site’s neighborhood, so to speak). Since I didn’t know of any such engine I wrote it myself: NeighborSearch.
