Aladon vs Das-Web

According to Heise, a German court issued an injunction for search engine to stop list the name Aladon in its result pages. Insurance broker Peter Zinke of saw his brand name abused and went to court. Apparently, when searching for Aladon displayed a lot of competitors first, along with links to their pages – but the actual Aladon result was neither first nor directly linked when it appared after several results. This sounds an awful lot like a spammy search engine indeed, and it would be interesting to see what actually happens. However, Das-Web is currently down when you want to perform searches.
