SEO Inc Sent Me a Cease & Desist

I recently reported on search engine optimization company SEO Inc. Their lawyers sent me a cease & desist [GIF of PDF] asking me to stop posting on SEO Inc, and in a follow-up email specifically clarified to me they want me to take down my old post (“whether past or future” I should “remove all such postings regarding the Company”). As I don’t have the money to pay a lawyer, I took down the post. Even though this issue is very important to me and I don’t feel I ever misreported anything regarding it, I cannot say more at this time.
