Google Casino Games?

OK, seriously, why would Google register a domain like “googlecasinogames.com”? But look it up on Whois.net, and it’ll say “Registrant: Google Inc. ... 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View.”

I see three possibilities at the moment; 1) Whois-records can be faked, 2) Google wanted to prevent a squatter/ spammer from doing business under their name, and 3) Google is actually preparing something along the lines... of a casino (which, admittedly, doesn’t sound like Google at all). I’ve asked Google for a statement.

Yahoo vs Its Own Chat Rooms

According to Tim Gray of InternetNews, Yahoo is shutting down those of its chat rooms containing names that “may promote sex between adults and minors.” Tim Gray says this comes after Yahoo already closed all of its user-created chat rooms earlier this year because of pedophile activity.
