Google’s Related Links

Now there’s the early April product launch, finally – Google Related Links. This is the contextual “content box” that we spotted on some pages already, but it’s now open for everyone via the Google Labs (if you have over 10,000 hits per day, Google asks you to contact them though).

Here's an example box – creating it, you can switch different skins, and you can also customize the tabs (currently, the available tabs are “searches,” “news,” and “web pages”):

(In case above dynamic box disappears, I saved a static image of it.)

Even when you activate all three tabs, depending on your page’s content not all may be showing. And it’s not a far stretch to imagine Google adding a mandatory “sponsored links” tab here in the future...

[Thanks Haochi.]
