Digg Issue?

Forever Geek is reporting on something fishy going on with Digg, and that people’s Digg accounts have been cancelled for trying to submit the story. I don’t know if any of this is true, but I do know that when I try to submit above link to Digg, I get a warning: “This URL has been reported by users and cannot be submitted at this time.” What’s really going on here?
