Hand Scanned in Google Book Search

If you ever wondered what hi-tech gadgets Google uses in their book search project, take a look at the scanned image Dan Cohen found. No kidding, you can see a hand there right on Google Book Search (if you can’t see this due to content restrictions in your country, like in Germany, try a Google translation of the URL).
