Designer Callum Peden has the idea of a device called “Google Vision”. Point the gadget towards any object in your surrounding, and based on image recognition and geolocation, Google will pull information about the object and display it on the transparent, retractable screen. This could be combined with the geographical coordinates initiative of Wikipedia... a Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy made real.
