Germany is stuck with the old design:

http://www.youtube.com/img/flags/de_DE.gif

And, when you click the " Country " button, the only way to close the drop-down is to hit the " Close " button. Unlike before, when you clicked anywhere, and it closed itself.

Youtube doesn't like Germany, or Germany doesn't like Youtube?

I noticed that the country menu didn't close, but not the different flags. Good find!
