We had the great 1000/1024 debate when it got to 5GB :-)
Not sure if anyone won the debate though :-/

I don't understand german, anyone can explain me? Anyway, I'll take it as x-mas present, I didn't got anything so it's my best gift.

Okay, we should settle this by asking Google, "6GB = ? MB". (should have done that in the earlier discussion)

Thanks hebbet ^^
But we have some celebrations who may push Google to upgrade accounts' size... valentine's day, eastern, international woman's day (?)
Who knows! I bet (and I hope) we'll see the 7 around there sooner :)

And yes, I'm still not seeing the holidays page of Gmail, its still the old one for me :/

[put at-character here]Rohit, I spotted it right away when I logged into Gmail this week. And since I think I've seen the Gmail Holiday page about 2 more times out of about 20 login attempts.

I think I already mentioned that Google chooses the incorrect method probably because the majority of its users are used to that. To be honest, it doesn't bother me that much, I just wish that for once that companies would follow a defined standard.

As for the homepage, It seems to be potluck if you get it. I'm currently in the States though and miss my "Hullo Chaps" homepage...

Sorry for being late to this debate but...

> ... hopefully there snow spam in your inbox.

Without removing any letters, it could also be read like this:

> ... hopefully there's now spam in your inbox.

Which means something quite different from what they intended.

It's sort of an American slang pronunciation to run the words "is" and "no" together. So they are actually saying "hopefully there is no spam in your inbox."
