It appears that going to http://base.google.com does not load any page at all. Ever since all the previous hype about google base there has at least been a login box visible without actual access. Maybe this is more insight that they are doing something to the service in preparation for the launch. |

Google Calendar was NEVER announced, and there wasn't even a dysfunctional website for it like there is- no, was- for Google Base. The domain was just registered. |
Oh, and Google Base is up now, by the way. (For most/some people, most/some of the time.) But it really is featured on the main Google site (sorta). Just click on "About Google." It's to the left and under the "Content" link. |

Doesn't work in Hebrew.
It has some sort of spell checker on the text of the columns that prevent me from setting up a table in Hebrew.
It also checks the spelling of the lables.
Interesting to see how it reacts to other non-english languages. |
