The July '04 registration would coincide with his speech at the 2004 Democratic National Convention. I wasn't big into politics at the time, but after seeing highlights of that speech I knew it wouldn't be long before he was pushed towards the presidency. The initial registration was probably done by someone realizing the same thing. |
