Google Search - querystring/hash

Anyone else notice that Google switched their search page to more ajax functionality... thus calling all search results from ajax. Here's what i mean:

Before, URLs were static:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=jump

But now have switched to dynamic URL ajax calls, like:

http://www.google.com/webhp?hl=en#hl=en&q=jump

... and another search, changes the hash on the full URL, notice the hash tag reference.

Glad Google is taking on the approach and thus only gives us certainty that the web is now becoming more than 2.0 and reliant on more ajax functionality.
