I don't know whether it is just for me, but the top bar that lets you switch between web, images etc, has dissapeared from search results pages http://img200.imageshack.us/img200/4721/notopbar.jp It's repeatable, and has happened for every search I've made today.

Several people worldwide have the same problem

I think many people use those links, so I bet Google Images, Maps & Co will get less visitors than usual today.

Strangly no problems here today. Not on Google.com, Google.nl or Google.fr. Neither in Google Chrome or Firefox.

the problem is it doesnt show up after you have searched,
it's there at the main google search page.

Same in the UK. I was messing round with some new Greasemonkey scripts and wasn't sure if it was one of those that did it.

Thanks for posting, I passed a note on to the team about this. I don't think it was the UFO in this case :-)

I've also had this problem and assumed that it was done deliberately. Luckily it's just reappeared again, and is hopefully there to stay this time.
