Isn't this the same as doodlesource.com? Only this site is better at organizing the logo's because the logo is placed once with the number of countries behind it. Doodle source places the logo for every country on the homepage. |
And this site is unable to know when an image is updated, some people do it better ;) |
Some of the logos are also available here: http://www.google.com/intl/en_us/logos/ |
I thought all the logo's are placed on google.com/intl/en_us/logos/. Only Google doesn't update it directly when a logo is placed. |
Never exclusively trust a company to watch itself :) For instance, I wouldn't expect logos that get to be removed or changed due to copyright concerns or so* to be placed on Google's history page.
*E.g. http://blogoscoped.com/archive/2007-09-17-n21.html http://blogoscoped.com/archive/2009-07-19-n77.html ... and which painter had a brief doodle uptime which then got removed? |
I like it.
My only issue is that some of their fonts are so lightly colored (light gray), its almost impossible to read – at least it is on my monitor. Examples: the country name, dates, ratings/votes. |
