The "prostate exam" image is now the second result for me. The first image result is not even of David Cameron.
But, the top result is the largest image on a forum discussion whose topic is "David Cameron Side Profile", which makes me think that Google must assign extra significance to the largest photo on a page, even if it's well down the page. |
