unable to access https site. :(
Anyone else facing this issue??
ps: I live in India. |
And today we’re gradually rolling out a new choice to search more securely at https://www.google.com.
it is not live for everybody, yet |
Nope indeed, just wait. It's not live here either. But Google kept their promise with launching it now. |
Honestly, I don't think anyone can get to it. :) |
Well, when you go to https://64.233.179.104/ for example, you have to get the SSL certificate so it works, but then the domain name is redirected, and that, that sucks.
BTW, it's a bad day for Google Analytics & Co. |
This forum software doesn't show URL's "S" http<s>
i.e. You have to chech browser status bar before clicking https://www.google.com/ |
Works for me! Home page says "Learn more about searching on Google with SSL" and links here: http://www.google.com/support/websearch/bin/answer.py?answer=173733&hl=en |
Generates now 502 Server Error here with Nokia mobile browser. |
This morning it's working here with desktop machine:

I have been hearing about Google SSL or https site for a long time and today I have noticed it finally, a beta version though.
Go to https://www.google.com

What a pity, https doesn't work for India i.e. google.co.in or other country specific domains. |
Yeah, it even works in China!! That means no GFW for google at the present moment |
