I'm surprised they're drawing attention to that. Have you ever tried it? If you click the "Contact Us" link, the contents vary according to which service's Help Center you click it from. However, it's basically a "Don't Contact Us" link.
From Gmail, for example, clicking "Contact Us" tells you to post your question to the Help Forum, or to use some automated problem-solving tools. There's a vague promise that "in some cases" the automated tools might allow you to contact a human if you make it to the end of their decision tree. |
