There is a story by Mike Swift at Mercury News with pictures of the streetview tricycle. Information was from Google's Daniel Ratner.

Google Street View cars driving resumes 3rd of March 2011 to the indicative date of 30th of November 2011 in Ireland (hi Tullamore!).

They are back in Spain and Sweden too.
