I've once mailed google to tell them about a spelling error on the Dutch site (www.google.nl). When you search with a domainname you get a line prefixed with an i:

iWebpagina’s zoeken binnen de site example.com

No reply & Six months later, nothing changed...

Now they opened a dutch newssite, but why send feedback? There's no-one on the other side...

I can't find an excuse for Apple, but Google has always been very clear that they hardly do any human-to-human communication. In addition to that, notice that your question is clearly irrelevant in they case: they main products are free, and the cheapaest thing you can buy is ads on auction, i.e. one cent, penny or whatever is your smaller currency unit.
