I just thought that <noscript> has been heavily abused by spammers in the past, trying to SEO their way into great ranks... might well be Google either ignores, or even punishes it! |
The intent is definitely harmless. It's not as if you're filling it with tons of keywords. I doubt that Google punishes *all* use of noscript. Besides, it's on *other* people's sites, not your own. |

Anonymous, yes you can turn off the button using stylesheets – just type
a img { border: 0; }
in a CSS and include it on the page. However I might also turn it off from my side, good tip. |
The border is now permanently turned off for this button, wether or not you have a stylesheet. |
