Google, with a mission to organize worlds data, would surely eye on the websites(personal)/portals at first. Its just my prediction but doesn't this sound logical to organize internet data.
Sites today have a lot of Deep Web data which is hidden in the databases of the ISP providers/Servers. Laying a hand on it would be Google's top priority list. Google Base was one such experiment at a smaller size but I suppose it went asleep without any sound.
No surprise if Google gets into ISP and opens up Google Go!

theres a javascript based database manager on sourceforge, so IF google host the actual database data, and serve as XML or javascript files, can be posible to have some dynamic websites
