Maybe Google feels cleaner compared to the rest of cluttered websites?

I believe I understand it. This person has dirty hands so is looking for a soap. But on the couple of first sites he gets commercial crap (c a s i n o*, porn, etc) instead of what he needs. Then he use Googe and Google immediately gives him exactly what he was looking for.
