yeah. i know two days ago i couldn't get it in the english uk version, but now i can. it has been very recent

By the way. Isn't the implementation of this 'Gmail pictures' very similar to what the had to take down when they launch Gmail chat? The little pop-ups that appear over messages. Wonder if this will be just as annoying. (though I like the idea of connecting the messages with pictures. i actually sent them an email about this. but I'm guessing hundreds of others did too. lol)

sound can be turned off by setting=>chat=>sound (on/off)!!
yeah sound gets irriating after some time :)-

Don't think anyone here has got it yet Philipp. Does it tend to be people who have had their account longest get the new features first, or is is just random?

I haven't got it yet... I have the sound option though...

the picture popup looks like it has a shadow which'll make it about ten times better. things like that need either a shadow or a little speech bubble type connection or they look too weird
