Seriously, I never been to the Orkut front page...Nor inside orkut.

I joined Orkut when it started but stopped using it. Too slow, too small, too annoying. :)

Orkut is dead as a community site. Its become the Myspace of Brazil .

Crime and related activties are infused within this network in Brazil. The traction and organic growth is only in that major demographic / geographic zone..!!

Most users join the social network, but then drop out (e.g Philipp) as there was no value within it or the UI and UX sucked so badly that we run!!

I've used Orkut but I can attest to it being slow. I gave up on it long ago and even my wife isn't interested in it even though she's Brazilian. Myspace isn't as slow but has it's own list of issues. Social networking on the internet has a long way to go in my book.

Maybe those are all Google employees on Orkut's homepage...
