Everyone has 25 I think (well I do anyway). It has been like that for a while thought I think.

Hmm Google opened Gmail for your domain today to a half-private-beta test and gives up to 100 accounts.

They sent out several thousand new invitations and (maybe?) a direct approval if you register.

i got Gmail 4 my domain today .. well. it's working very well ....:-)

I signed up last night. No response yet...

It depends how much account you asked for. I ask something like 999999 for the first time and I guess they just ignored me, then I asked for 10, this time Google sent me an invitation, up to 10.
