I noticed this tip displayed at the top of my search results and I don't know if I've ever seen it before. Basically, when you click search instead of hitting enter for a search a tooltip pops up at the top of the results informing you that

I did a search the the forum with the phrase listed but turned up nothing.

That's not new. I see it a lot.

I guess it's just the first time I noticed it :)- It's wierd how you can go about using a service over and over and never notice small little tidbits.

Yep I see it a lot too.

It's very old, maybe it was there from the beginning, I guess.
