Please understand that I will omit the specifics of how to reproduce this for now. |

(The Links tab is gone, I unlocked this thread again.) |

The Links option has been disabled, so only old sessions can still do requests. I have downloaded the most important as .csv, so I'm done. They can fix it for old sessions as well. |

I'm guessing you could pass any URL in the GET string and it wouldn't verify that it belonged to you?
Hopefully once they resolve the issue they'll put it back up. |

EH, the tab "LINK" has been removed! |

<<Debes cambiar la segunda vez dónde aparece tu dominio en la barra de direcciones, sólo la segunda. >>
ahh, that's where I went wrong.. your URL was in the link twice, and I was changing both... when I should have only changed the 2nd.
And mom said taking spanish in school wouldn't be worth it...
Seems overkill to remove the tab alltogether though, especially after all the press it got.
why not just make it stop looking at the URL and do a server lookup to get the URL based on your login? No real way to fudge that. |

How many backlinks were there for Google Blogoscoped? |
Vanessa Fox | 17 years ago # |

TV | 17 years ago # |
dang shouldn't have reported it, because it would make it more democratic to see the transparency of the system. |
TOMHTML | 17 years ago # |
Thanks Miss Fox and Mister Cutts ;-) |
Datrio | 17 years ago # |
Gah, I wonder how did Wikipedia rank there... |
Vanessa Fox | 17 years ago # |
Hi all. Just wanetd to let you know that the Links tab should be available now! |
Matt Cutts | 17 years ago # |
TV, I believe we would have seen the unusual urls flowing through the system pretty quickly anyway, so you might as well get the cred for pointing it out. :) |
TOMHTML | 17 years ago # |
And you're right, it's back. Vanessa, why there is no option to sort the tables (in the "Links" part) by number of external links? |
JohnMu | 17 years ago # |
Export to CSS and use Excel :-)
Has anyone verified the internal links? |
Astrid | 17 years ago # |
The Spanish SEO are very good. In this forums there are very well qualified people (Invitada, Errioxa, Googlero). I speak spanish :-) |

Hello Matt, I am Errioxa, from Spain, the one that discovered the bug on Google SiteMaps.
How could this error have happened?
It was very easy to feel it. |
Mark Swan | 17 years ago # |
Matt does not even thank you Errioxa. |
