Saw some discussions in several forums about this, so checked a page that I put up about two months ago (after the last page rank update) and it is now showing intermittent PR3 on the toolbar – http://www.komar.org/faq/camera/canon-back-focus-problems/

Haven't seen anything on Matt Cutt's blog yet, but given the earth-shattering importance of Page Rank, I'm surprised it's not on the front page of cnn.com! ;-)
