No, everyone received a bag of surprise goodies (always the helicopter, I guess), as well as a Google t-shirt in the beginning. (My shirt got lost by one of the team who cared for the clothes – I joked about this being a case of bad Google data security and a Google engineer joked back saying that they only care about digital stuff, so if I would have given them a scanned version of the shirt it would still be available...) |

He said Google’s success will based on the works by all the developers. For the key of Google’s success in the past, he said that Google caught the chance for new web platform better and earlier.
“Then Google invested on it for huge risk, by now, this gamble proved to be right.”
“Sure, Google can not supply all application for all users, so, except the enginneers inside Google, Google also need all the developers including china developers to bring the innovations to the users. The the users including chinese can enjoy more advanced product application.”
“So, that is why Google need to running this Developer Day.”
Later, I remember that he said the Cycle of Google Product Developing was half a year, one reason is Google’s engineers very clever. I do not agree with his opinion in this, per product have mistakes, bugs ect. But I do not like poor quality products as Google China did. A plane fly need basic runway. Some applications like Google Shenghuo Search is too poor to catch basic. For sharing the API, also have the same problems. The runway is too short. Just as CSDN guy said, Google should learn more from Microsoft.BETA is not Bad quailty. Please do remeber.
Then he said, you application will be shared to more users. Also he said more about open souce, but this is not my target, my target is Google API. So I forget the left contents.
